The negative feedback loop

I’ve been reading plenty regarding the difficulty of breaking the downward cycle that is a signifanct recession such as the one we’re currently facing. It seems as though the crux of things is more psychological than anything.

I am hopeful that we can make some pyschological progress as a country in the coming weeks as our new president assembles his proposal for an economic stimulus plan. In many ways I think this current climate represents a real opportunity to make investments and advances in alternative energy and infrastructure that will lead us to sustainable growth for the future.
