4721 W 30th Avenue Construction Update – Shoring Piers are Installed

We’re keeping things moving over at 4721 W 30th Avenue. The shoring piers are installed and excavation will start alter today for the foundation. Below are a few photos of the work. For a more detailed look into the process check out the post on shoring from 4230 Raleigh Street.
The site has been leveled out with a bobcat so the drill rigs can get in and do their thing. The rebar is for the reinforcement cages to be placed inside the shoring piers.
And we’re off and running.
