Nothing incredibly glamorous or exciting has been going on but we are making steady progress and should optimistically be framing in the next week or so. 4230 Raleigh Street Construction Update: Excavation & Foundations are Underway

Now that our shoring has had time to cure we have been moving forward with things at 4230 Raleigh Street.

Excavation was pretty straight forward as we have a flat site and a pretty square footprint for the foundation.
