We are finally coming out of the ground with 4230 Raleigh Street. Framing has come along quickly and should be finished up later this week.
Lumber is on site and the crew are getting started.

The steel beam is in place and the basement slab is cured.

Nothing incredibly glamorous or exciting has been going on but we are making steady progress and should optimistically be framing in the next week or so. Now that our shoring has had time to cure we have been moving forward with things at 4230 Raleigh Street.

Excavation was pretty straight forward as we have a flat site and a pretty square footprint for the foundation.
