Things are moving fast and furious over at 4230 Raleigh Street. After two major weather events and some labor shortage issues we are finally wrapping up the exterior masonry. The crew should have the finishing touches done by end of this week and we can finally get the front porch framed, roofed and painted.

It’s been a while since we updated the status of 4230 Raleigh Street. As you’ll see below, the house is really starting to take shape from the interior. As for the exterior, we will be starting trim paint as well as brick installation next week.

Things are moving along at 4230 Raleigh Street. Since last week we’ve finished up rough plumbing and HVAC and rough electrical is almost complete. We are finally coming out of the ground with 4230 Raleigh Street. Framing has come along quickly and should be finished up later this week.
Lumber is on site and the crew are getting started.

Nothing incredibly glamorous or exciting has been going on but we are making steady progress and should optimistically be framing in the next week or so.
